Customer photo review of BTS - Personalised Newspaper Style Concert Poster (USA Tour)

I paid for the personalized versions and I uploaded pics but this is the version I got. I didn't pay attention to if it cost more for personalized but if it did, then I would like a partial refund. I ordered 2 copies and uploaded 3 pics. This was a surprise for my bestie who's in love with BTS and I went to the concert with her. I wanted something to remember that event.

I saw BTS 8/2/2026 in MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey and the mentioned stadium on my poster is Gillette, not MetLife. All other details regarding location and setlist are correct, but not the name of the stadium. Emailed support and hoping for a response.

Loved everything! Came out perfect. Loved that you could customize some of the preset images with your own photos from the concert. (mine is the green one worth the crowd) I showed it to some of my BTS ARMY cohorts and some might order one for themselves.

The second version was much better than the first, which had the errors corrected. The site never actually showed the shipping info being updated as it was being sent to me, but it did eventually arrive. I would suggest if ordering for a gift, do it at least 4-6 weeks early to allow for time to ship and in case any corrections need made. Overall it does look great and I think my wife will love it.

Absolutely love my posters for both days!! Quality is fantastic and I'm so thrilled to be able to listen to my concert days Playlist with the Spotify link. I'll be putting these in my concert shadow box.
