Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Custom or personalised prints cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

 

To start a return, please email us at support@clickcartel.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide the correct return address and guide you through the process.

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
