Great idea slightly disappointed as we went to the two night show in London I ordered 1 for each night and the pictures used were the same on both .

Get the dates correct. The concert was on the 28th of July but the date on the print says the 27th . This was a present for my son and it’s useless
The date and venue is incorrect on here. It was 28th June at principality stadium. Can you please resend? Everything else was perfect . Just the print needed as I have the frame
It never arrived. Royal Mail told me it was returned to sender due to an address issue. I’ve emailed you about this and have no reply. Not happy at all
First of, I chose a personalised poster and sent a private personal photo of myself and my teens to be added as the third photo in the poster. But I was sent without that included. Of there was an issue with th photo, the technical team should have contacted me instead of sending me a copy without the picture I sent. And your after sales team are threatening to say that I am giving false reviews. So I am not impressed despite what could have been an excellent product/idea. There is also a typo on the poster (photo added on this comment).

I sent emails to three different email addresses I found for Click Cartel. I filled out the contact form on their website and I never received a single response. All I wanted was for the incorrect product to be put right. Absolutely appalling service.
This is a great way to preserve your special moments! And this concert was a really special moment. The quality is good. However I put 4 stars because the set list was incorrect, which was a bit disappointing. I would still recommend it for anyone looking to preserve their memories
This has only just arrived and all bent and ripped after a almost 3 week wait
Completely wrong order. No response to email or message through your website. Have had a refund from my bank & warned others off. It was a birthday gift for someone I went to Cardiff with. Really disappointed with lack of customer care.
