Shipping Information
All of our products are printed and dispatched from the UK.
We aim to process, print, and dispatch every order within 2 working days of purchase.
Delivery Times (UK):

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
International Orders:
At this time, we primarily ship within the UK. Please contact us if you’d like to arrange delivery outside the UK, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Damaged or Lost Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact us via our [Contact Form] or email support@clickcartel.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Custom or personalised prints cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

We’ll provide the correct return address and guide you through the process.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
