The Christmas period is our busiest time of the year, and we’re currently processing a very high volume of orders. Our small team is working around the clock to print, pack, and dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

📅 Last Order Date for Pre-Christmas Delivery

 

To ensure the best possible chance of receiving your order before Christmas, the absolute final order date is:

 

➡️ Monday 19th December (11:59pm GMT)

 

Orders placed on or before 19th December will be prioritised and processed as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

🚚 Orders Placed After the Deadline

 

If you place an order after 19th December, please note:

 

  • We CANNOT guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.

  • Your order will still be produced and shipped as quickly as possible, but it may arrive after Christmas Day.

  • By purchasing after the cutoff date, you acknowledge and accept that delivery may occur after Christmas, depending on courier delays and seasonal backlogs.

 

 

 

 

⛔ Late Delivery Refund Policy

 

Because of the extremely high seasonal demand and the clear cutoff date provided:

 

  • We cannot offer refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations due to orders arriving after Christmas, especially for orders placed after 19th December.

  • Once your order has been printed and shipped, it is out of our hands and in the control of the courier.

  • By completing your purchase, you agree to these conditions.

 

We will always do our absolute best to dispatch quickly and keep delays to a minimum — but during peak Christmas periods, courier networks across the UK & Ireland experience unpredictable backlogs.

You acknowledge and accept that:

 

  • Delivery before Christmas is only guaranteed for orders placed on/before 19th December.

  • Orders placed after that date may arrive after Christmas.

  • No refunds will be issued for late arrivals caused by seasonal delays or courier backlog.
